刘永谋，男，科技哲学专业博士生与硕士生导师。哲学博士，管理科学与工程博士后，中国人民大学哲学院教授。美国哈佛大学访问学者（2010-2011），荷兰乌德勒支大学访问学者（2015），西班牙巴斯克大学访问学者（2015-2016），曾获全国优秀博士学位论文奖（2007），教育部中国高校人文社会科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖（2013），第六届吴玉章人文社会科学奖（2012），工业与信息化部国防科技进步二等奖（2008年），国防科工委军工文化征文评选活动一等奖（2006年），入选教育部新世纪人才计划（2012）、中国人民大学首批杰出人文学者青年学者（2016）。迄今出版《福柯的主体解构之旅——从知识考古学到“人之死”》（2009）、《行动中的密涅瓦——当代认知活动的权力之维》（2014）、《思想的攻防——另类科学哲学的兴起和演化》（2010）、《物联网与泛在社会的来临》（2015）和《自主创新与建设创新型国家导论》（2006）等著作10余种，在Issues of Science and Technology、Technology in Society、Enviromental Ethics、《哲学研究》等杂志上发表中英文学术论文90余篇。主要研究领域：科学技术哲学，科学、技术与公共政策，按时间顺序主要研究过的问题包括：福柯哲学，创新型国家与创新方法，另类科学哲学，物联网与泛在社会，知识与权力理论，技术治理理论，AI与智能革命研究，新科学哲学。

Liu Yongmou is a professor of School of Philosophy and the Chair of Department of Philosophy of Science and Technology in Remin University of China.
He had been a visiting scholar in the Department of Science History of Harvard University (2010-2011) and a visiting professor in the Department of Philosophy of Utrecht University (2015). He is the chief director of Division Committee Youth Researchers of Society for Natural Dialectics of China, director of Society for Natural Dialectics of Beijing. His work focuses on philosophy of science and technology, issues in Science, Technology and Society (STS), Science, Technology and Public Policy (STPP).
He has published 12 books (including co-authored works, translated works) and over 60 papers (including co-authored works), and won first award of Essay Competition of Military Industry Culture Construction of National Defense Science and Technology Industry Council (2006), National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award (2007) which has less than 100 winners from above 50 thousands doctoral dissertations, second award of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award (2008), youth award of Wu Yuzhang Humanities and Social Sciences Award (2013) which has 5 winners from all the Chinese youth scholars in field of humanities and social sciences, second award of Chinese Colleges and Universities Humanities and Social Sciences Award (2012), Program for New Century Excellent Talents in Chinese University (2012).
He is responsible for research projects: Slavery of Subject: Research on Foucault’s Philosophy (2008-2009), Power Dimension of Contemporary Cognitive activity (2009-2012), Internet of Things and Social Transform (2012-2014), Technocracy and its Impact to China (2012-2016).
Research Issues:
1) Theoretic issues: alternative philosophy of science (such as knowledge theory especially science philosophy of Michel Foucault, Richard Rorty, Paul Feyerabend, Frankfort School; knowledge and power; Neo Philosophy of Science (newly philosophy of science which is not runs to an extreme – completely criticizing the science and technology or completely defending the science and technology – such as attempts of Suzanne Hacck, Ullica Segerstråle, Joseph Agassi and Joseph Rouse); technocracy and theory of knowledge; Michel Foucault’s philosophy; some philosophy of technology (such as Thorstein Veblen, Andrew Feenberg and Neil Postman)
2) Applicative issues: technocracy in China; basic theoretic issues of STPP, such as the paradigm, methodology; the Internet, IoT (the Internet of Things) and Big Data; Innovation of science and technology; technocracy and contemporary China.
