滕菲，中国人民大学哲学院科学技术哲学教研室讲师，兼任北京自然辩证法研究会秘书处副秘书长。荷兰乌德勒支大学哲学博士，比利时鲁汶天主教大学访问学者。主要研究领域为科学技术伦理和环境哲学。曾主持中国博士后科学基金项目“人类世背景下的气候责任研究”，曾参与由欧洲科学基金、荷兰皇家艺术和科学院、欧盟地平线2020等资助的多项国际合作研究项目。她曾在《自然辩证法研究》、《自然辩证法通讯》、《中国人民大学学报》和《Frontiers of Philosophy in China》等期刊发表多篇论文。

TENG Fei is currently a lecture in the School of Philosophy, Renmin University of China. Her research interests include environmental philosophy, ethics of science and technology and Confucianism. She obtained her PhD from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. She is a visiting scholar of Université Catholique de Louvain (2013). Teng directs research project “A Study of Climate Responsibility in the context of Anthropocene” funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. She also participated in many other international research projects. Her publications include Moral Responsibilities to Future Generations: A Comparative Study on Human Rights Theory and Confucianism (2018); Joining the Transformation of Nature—The Post-Natural and Confucian Perspective on Earth Stewardship in the Anthropocene (2020) and many other journal articles in the relevant field.
