王小伟，男，荷兰乌特勒支大学哲学博士。中国人民大学杰出青年学者，哲学学院副教授，科技哲学教研室研究生导师。兼任中国自然辩证法研究会常务理事，青年工作委员会主任。北京自然辩证法研究会副秘书长。科学学与科技政策研究会科学文化专委会理事。SSCI期刊“Zygon”，“中国哲学前沿”等多期刊审稿人。发表SSCI, CSSCI学术论文近二十篇。多篇被中国社会科学文摘，人大复印资料转载。主持国家社会科学基金青年项目《互联网价值论》等课题研究。主要研究领域：技术哲学、道德哲学、科学技术与社会等。

Wang Xiaowei,   referred also to Tom Wang, obtained  his PhD in University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. He works as the associate Professor of the School of Philosophy in Renmin University of China. Besides his research, he servers also as  the deputy secretary general of the Beijing Dialectics Association, and the committee member of the Science and Culture Committee of the Science and Technology Policy Research Association. He works as  the editor of the” Critical Thinking and Innovation Education Newsletter.” , and reviewed several SSCI and Chinese journals.  He has published SSCI and CSSCI articles both in English and Chinese, directing several research projects funded by various sources. His main research  interests cover philosophy of technology, moral philosophy and STS study.
